    You forget that they previously said that they have already shipped a quantity of the concentrate to a third party in case the construction of the pilot plant was delayed, and they did this with the acknowledgement of QM Inc. So they are covered on this point in the agreement.
    A reminder the agreement says delivery of concentrate by 31 December 2023, not finalisation of construction of the pilot plant.
    maybe they will give us an update on this tomorrow?
