I think a share price of at least 30 cents is justifiable upon successful completion and commissioning of the plant upgrade at Moolap in Victoria. This is the first and most important milestone / prerequisite to implementation of the company's expansion strategy.
If all goes well then it will become more likely that a commitment to develop a plant in the US will be made. This should be a major driver of share price appreciation. We should now be only weeks away from such confirmation.
