I agree with you 100% taboon. Re the 35.1% that will be given free to directors and other employees of the company... are you sure the "others" will be employees of the company? It doesn't say that in the document, it just says "other shareholders" which, I must admit, I took to be their best mates etc but you may be right.

I wish I could attend the meeting, it should be a ripper. Personally I reckon hell will freeze over before:

a. This transaction is approved

and or;

b. They manage to flog one lousy share at 20 cents.

Why should we have to pay for shares in FEX?.. they're obviously not prepared to.
