Didn't Telstra just announce after the Election that they have increase speed on broadband by double on existing lines.
I am dumb, when it comes to computers and such.
But I can remember sending photos took ages, then some one found how to compressed the data and now it's a lot faster, same computer and lines. This was a while back.
Needless to say by new computer is faster than my old one.
So while lines are important, new techknowledge is improving as well. We all know that HotCopper is slow at times.
So maybe expensive upgrades at both ends, and all junctions in between.
Very interesting times ahead. Most things are out dated before you pay them off.
