I second this. He likely knew that this was the road we were going down, but hinting towards a CR then shareholders would have been even more upset. The SP would probably already be sub 10c. He did what he had to do. Actually executing it over Christmas though, that is savage haha. He must of been there with his pockets turned inside out and contractors asking for payment.

I don't know, the more I think about it, it concerns me that no other source of funding found enough potential for value that they would get on board. Smart money is usually smart enough to see the writing on the wall. Dumb money (I will add myself to this category) is usually left holding the bag.

I for one encourage everyone to keep expressing their views good or bad. I enjoy the different angles people are looking at it. Whether you are ramping up or down I don't care. I can make my own decision and live with it. I actually prefer what some may describe as down ramping. I don't need a Roach type character to promise me the moon. I make that $hit up in my own head usually. I need people trying to convince me I have it wrong.
