OK Thanks. My concern was, that as you put it, it seemed Antipa could not have somehow had ownership or entitlement rights over the subject tenement because that had already been given to Newcrest. I understand Newcrest (Newmont) have a farm-in arrangement, but this just served to confuse me on the subject ... As long as it's clear the land is AZY's, then that's all good. (Even still, your wording does seem to imply the land is NEM's???)
