I agree that rates should drop next year. And banks will delay passing on drop so yes they will gain.
But Alexis turning around the ship? She has had two and a half years? She could have taken a ship around the world, turned around and come back the other way over 10 times by now.
Alexis will be gone by end of 2024. She will jump ship.
