I mean it really should be well over $4.
Why is Vicki Brady still there? All she has done is chronically understaff the company, sack people to cut costs, lower customer service and even mismanaged the franking account beyond all the competition/ anti trust concerns.
There have been limited insurance disclosures, just poor management all around and that is why the TLS SP is not over $4.
