I should also mention the credit for this is from my chat group outside hot copper. I have made my own inquiries and I believe this to be true, therefore if you want to get your hands on the NOPTA report through FOI, you would have to FOI the NSW state Government instead. When Government's play games like this, it's never a good thing in my opinion.

I thought there was a guideline that said they were both (both ministers) meant to be given the report at the same time, if that is true, that is further evidence of circumnavigating due process (but it will then be an excuse to say something like "oh I just received it, so I will now take as long as the state Government did to perform due process").

Not good, if I was an option holder I would be very displeased.
