In a nutshell Acuity Capital can't just decide to dump the 9,000,000 shares whenever they feel like it.
The 9,000,000 shares are held in trust until such time as BML instruct them to sell the shares at a minimum price that BML set over a period of time that BML also set. It’s a perfect arrangement for where BML are at right now, especially given we are in such an exciting environment for Silver.
Kills off the boiler room idiots arguments that a destructive capital raise with big discount will happen any day.
