Further the long tale of this transaction is to smoke out bidders and give time for due diligence to be done. Considering as per AFR that this offer has been spoken about 6 months ago tells me the aquirer has completed the DD. Therefore I draw the inference that the stringers are expecting a competing bid and hence the long tail.
I feel it in my waters.
