I gave 3 staff large bonuses this year. 1 was my business manager the other 2 were the cleaner and an admin assistant. Why? Because they never complained, worked till the job was done and did the job like the business was theirs. The others got their salaries/wages and a decent Xmas party. Good workers are hard to find and should be rewarded when it can be done.
I sent my kids to private school and they did well, but man are they fussy lol. I don't want to work full time yet, I am happy with 3 days a week..... grrrr....
I should send the team at PPK a bonus also, for sweet F ALL!!
