Well pointed out Heyza. Yes on questioning he was very coy about funding needs of the bank and that he got around saying anything by muttering on about 'waiting on guidance' before moving forward on its funding needs. Think you are probably right, and as others have stated here before....funding was always going to be needed for IBOA at some point. Looks like it could be a cap raise to move the bank forward.....well, that is my 2 bobs worth anyway.
Right now all those free options to the board are worthless.....unless they turn this thing around.
