They'd be helping all shareholders if they did a direct buy-back here, as it would reduce the SOI to 382m v 418m (an effective 8% increase in everyone's stake).
Regardless you would have to expext some bigger players to come in now as the US$300m deal is effectively cemented with today's successful concentrate results.
