Hi , I disagree on the manipulation, I think the share price is just drifting towards the offer price , as you would expect.
Very few people outside present holders give a rat's rectum about RWD , and those that do ,will have plenty of access thru the sub underwriting. What's the bet that like an spp , they will allow small holders to buy more than their entitlements anyway . If they do , then the entitlements are likely to end up next to worthless.
As well , if you buy any quantity of RWD , you are stuck with it , the volumes have been , and are likely to stay miniscule. Exiting any excess someone might have , may be difficult. So anyone trying for a stag will be disappointed .
