It looks like the focus is on the casing failure as the cause of the trace hydrocarbons found. This makes sense and is a very positive step as it would appear to suggest DERM accepts that the UCG process itself is not intrinsically polluting.

Hopefully they will be cleared for start-up. Then we just need to keep the politicians out of it. How's that letter to the SBT about crop-duster contamination going, Dex? :)
