I skim read your post @Hunterr due to grammatical reasons LOL. Actually, If a holder with 100,000 shares had exercised their options and the SP gained 1c, they would be in paper profit of $1050. So that'd be $25 less than a 'non-converter' would just earned $75 in interest.
My second point is the one on which you need to concentrate.
