The Iron price in Aussie dollars is now over $201/t.
If their C1 costs are around $72/t. That is a healthy margin even if you deduct the royalties and the $20/t for shipping.
Hopefully a Big CY2024 coming up.
My modest price target for next year is 80c. Which would be a return of 50% from current pricing. As always things can go pear shaped at any time so there aren’t sure things.
We as shareholders who have been on this for over 5 years have seen it at its lows. So it would be good to capture some upside now that the stripping overburden ratios are so much better.
