HFT is simply front running the order flow by being nano seconds faster than others.
Nothing to do with words or language.
Best selling author Michael Lewis, "The big short,"and "Moneyball" plus other titles,
reveals all re HFT in his 2014 book "Flash Boys".
Well worth a read.
