I'm sure that you meant to say in your summary that "You get one OPTION for every four shares..."
And yes, pay 1c by Oct 5 to get the options and then pay a further 3c sometime before expiry in 2015 to convert to ordinary shares.
And you can start trading on Oct 6, but it's deferred settlement.
Hmmm, that's a bit nitpicky and doesn't really disagree with anything you said. Might shut up now :)
