Nah, not in escrow club, my pockets just aren't that deep. Tui and Ruger best placed on more detail, I only know what was announced. I haven't run the numbers but being voluntary I couldn't see Athos or other hedge funds signing up, TMK was the steak knives for their bet on TPD so you would think they and a good portion of the dual holders will be heading for the exits. My TMK are going straight to the bottom drawer.
I don't rule anything in or out as far as future CR is concerned, mine was more of a best case scenario. Their last raise wasn't that long ago, hopefully there was some contingency built in.
