Irish, you may be onto something here.

This is the second time they have been suspended and when it happened this time, I always thought that ASX would give them hell (just for the heck of it) and go through everything with a very, very fine-tooth comb.

Just didn't think it would be this long.

Reason LKO hasn't said anything is because they would be criticizing the regulator (not a good move if you want their blessing).

(Maybe ASX has bound them with a NDA ??? ) (Pure guess on my part re NDA)

Personally, I think ASX should be compelled to announce the reasons for this continuing suspension to the market, along with the name of the Compliance Officer who is reviewing it.

(For example, Company is not compliant on point A or B or whatever and LET THE SHAREHOLDERS & MARKET KNOW

Doesn't alter my opinion about regulation being left to a private company. (Pure abuse of power).

From time to time, I've wondered if there might be grounds here for a Class Action against ASX ?

Hopefully something will happen just after New Year.
