Well yes, but it's a losing situation for 4dx shareholders either way. If the SP is below the strike price, the options won't get exercised and there will be a cap raise at a lower price. If the share price is above the strike price, then there's unnecessary dilution as a cap raise could have been done at a higher price (opportunity cost). I see no benefit to it for anyone who doesn't hold the options.
