I can't help but feel decieved by this mob
They placed shares to investors at 20c while the stock was suspended from trading, knowing too well that their product had many short-comings and was nowhere near market-ready
At first glance there also appears to be a conflict of interest between the number 1 and 2 and Opcon
guess that that is it then, page-17
