Shareholder VICTIMS have received ZERO since last dividend in 2012

Shareholder VICTIMS have then lost 90% due to illegal closure down to 16c and another 7 YEARS opportunity cost until today.

What has really happened since 2021 decision to re-open whilst shareholders receive ZERO ?

Nucharee will pocket a nice fresh $2,500,000 Cash interest on her loan, double market rates.
Ross will have pocketed a nice +$3,000,000 Cash since the last $1 shareholders received.
Jamie will have pocketed a nice +$1,200,000 Cash since the last $1 shareholders received.
Thailand Government pocketed +$6,000,000 Cash in royaties in 2023 before shareholders received 1c ---- This is INSANE ! The devil's pockets who closed us are filling before the shareholder victims receive 1c


This situation is crazy to think when KCN shareholders are the victims, KCN shareholders are the ones the TAFTA award would have compensated for the evil illegal actions against them, but here today KCN shareholders are still miles away from seeing 1c

It's insane to think KCN shareholders have know taken on crap debt / interest & huge dilution to even pay for the privilege of re-opening again from being the victims..

The fact that All the money today is flowing from KCN shareholders pockets into everyone else's pockets is insane.


The only way shareholders get what we deserve is if the Settlement Agreement , at the very least, pay's for the refurbishment & re-opening expenses which i have sitting at north of $100,000,000 Today... ( it must be more when you consider $54,000,000 placement is gone & $90,000,000 in Gold sales revenue in 2023 has gone into some black hole and KCN shareholder have seen ZERO ! --- not even a Free Hat for KCN shareholders ! )

Does Jamie care to go into battle and get us +$100,000,000 at the absolute MINNIMUM like his life depends on it ! which still includes ZERO compensation for the 7 years illegal closure... ? I'm not so sure he would, why would he ? isn't it better his salary gravy train just continues without rocking the boat and holding those beedy eyed corrupt government officials who closed us down accountable to return some funds to shareholders for our suffering ?

The crazy thing is we are all still victims today of endless false hope, of cheap Thai loan that never came , we have hope that never comes, we all take the risk, we all have the endless stress , we have all the sleepless nights & maybe Chatree will return us 1c in another 12 months whilst everyone else keeps milking the gravy train & they seem to be under no stress to hurry things along !




How about for Xmas KCN MGMT doesn't just blow this new loan on the Chatree fun festival bottomless pit , uses some to reduce some of this placement dilution to benefit shareholders for once , then after those shares are cancelled and the last of the placement flippers have been eliminated, they bloody well just sell Neuva Esperanza and stop bull$hitting us that it's "imminent, well advanced " , because the only thing delivered in 2023 was more crap debt and failed promises!

The sale of Neuva Esperanza was " imminent, well advance" in 2021 !!!!!!!!! 3 YEARS & $21,000,000 in new burnt holding costs ago !
