2 for 5 at .16, page-51

Hi all,

Newb here needing some help.

1) What is the latest date/time that I can trade/own shares to ensure that I am eligible for the 2 for 5 offering?
I note that the record date is the 17th, which leads me to assume that i can buy on the 16th, say, and be eligible? What I dont get though is that NTU says they will post out to eligible shareholders on the 10th?? If I havent bought by the 10th, how will they know Im eligible?

2) Further, Im overseas atm. Will i need to actually fill out a form or the like, or can it be done online?
