    Funny I dont see anyone knoocking that deal now.

    Trident will probably come up with the money if the results are as good as we hope. and we made a better deal that we had last month.

    And we will have a JV partner who will probably want to be in other deals.

    Life just gets better as we get older. Aaaaaaaagh
