    Thanks but how is that ratio calculated without knowing who is willing to buy or not?

    If their intention is to raise $15m from us retail - if for arguments sake only $10m is thrown at IVZ - they just have to settle for it?

    Does this mean every single current retail holder has to buy their full allowable amount for them to raise the $15m?
