If the market was actually rational and based on fundamentals, logic and pure math, and everyone aimed to invest for the longer term instead of panic-trading like headless chickens, then yeah there's no reason this shouldn't be valued way higher based on its financials.
Alas, that's the current investing world we're living in, so god knows if it'll ever happen. At least ATP seems to have some more actual eyeballs on it realising this nowadays though, volume in the past used to be almost non-existent some days.
