The location here is first class and should see the venue do well. I'm surprised the target is $1m of EBITDA a year as I would have thought it capable of more than this.

On another note I think Atomic in Redfern is struggling. I sold out of GDA earlier in the year after visiting Atomic on a Saturday night and it was almost completely empty. I can't see how they are earning a decent return on that venue.
