Let's not beat around the bush, with Casimir gaining access to about 90 million new shares (including new options) most for 20c and all under 35c... Existing retail holders are being skewered by EMG management.
I'm very keen to hear the rationale behind this deal and I can't see the CMIC deal going ahead given this new development. Their holding is also being severely diluted.
So why have we been sitting on our hands for a year?
