Mbuyu energy will take majority of the funding for the gas power plant as they will be charging the end customer and buying the gas from IVZ. The outlay for IVZ will be miniature and with African oil selling 25 percent of the investment for a billion dollars for a 10m net pay, IVZ is in the process of making a monumental sale from their 80 percent ownership. 2-3 billion dollar basin is where valuation sits compared to peers.
