DRC ELECTION TODAY AVZ concerns, page-53

The cost of elections - 1 billions USD, that's one thousand million dollars US, that's a lot of money for what looks like makeshift improvised elections....

I wonder how much of this billion have gone to the pockets of our trusted DRC politicians at all different levels of the DRC government?

800 mill? Less than that?

Felix appointed his close and trusted buddy Kadima as chief of elections for a reason, also, what they didn't mention, amongh other things, in that conversation is that a few weeks prior, somebody had set fire to a warehouse storing voting machines, batteries, voting booths, ballot boxes, etc. and they didn't have enough time to replace it.

So, why didn't they postpone elections by a week or two or whatever, as one of the participants said?
Why did they kick out lots of international observers, why would they do this?
Could it be that our corruption-fighting-warrior Tshisekedi and his mob had it all planned?
As long as there is no war with Rwanda, the elections results should not affect AVZ, imo.
