Well, I'm a believer. Just not a believer in Broker PT's. I'm more than happy to question this and question that. It keeps me honest and reminds me as to why I'm invested. But like I've stated, I think that Lovisa is a terrific business and what I'm looking for in this company is capital growth with a growing stream of future dividends. No doubt I'm not alone there. Targets mean nothing and following general investor consensus (the herd) doesn't appeal to me. It's probably why I've been purchasing when the market seemingly didn't want anything to do with it. My philosophy is simple, buy when everyone says sell and don't sell when everyone says buy. Instead, just wait...On another Lovisa thread I mentioned that WTC and VAP (Uggh..REIT's!!) looked very interesting in the 50's and 60's respectively. That's excactly how I've responded with Lovisa. Check my comments on the DDR thread. Whilst the faithful were waiting for a 3Y announcement for a buy signal, I was saying "in the 7's...just buy the damn thing and lock in a 6+% dividend" (Not inclusive of 100% franking).

Same goes for CSL? At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what I think. If it's on sale, just buy it. That's what I've been doing of late with Credit Corp. The future yield on that thing is going to be amazing. But I digress...

Do your own thing and avoid the crowded trades. Right now, Lovisa is looking exactly like that. So I'll wait.

However, I appreciate your comments and I'm sure that we're both satisfied at this point in time. Things can change pretty quickly - as we've seen and I wouldn't hesitate in accumulating more should we see a market shakeout.

I hope you've had a great Christmas and I wish all investors good fortune for 2024 - especially those who are in LOV cool.png
