they need to come clean and come honest clean on the situation on the barges. f* this hinting and imminent stuff. they don't have the barges that's the simple truth, and they won't admit it. at some point market will realise that and the stock will dump. problem is the trust will be broken completely, not that it's great at the moment. but you need new / institutional investors on the counter - you don't get it with a deceptive management
