This is great news IMO. A lot of companies do not have the potential to unlock the type of capital that REN could make available in the very near term. And if they do the dilution can be highly value dilutive to shareholders through equity raises. I’m not sure the market is appreciating this yet or they need to see production off the back of phase 1.
The company needs to deliver and execute on the milestone in terms of Ops (produce consistent helium at commercial volumes) and proving up the resource - and we could be in a great position. IMO.
