I think it is all good news for lithium price for the next few months where restocking need to happen and EV sales continue to increase in lower interest rate environment in 2024/2025.
Notice in today's Australian business news headline Allkem's Mt Catlin all in production cost $US1500 per ton for spod, therefore making little or no margin in current spot price, this is a joke coming from Nick Evans publishing wrong data (would suggest he is pushing some hidden agenda), the real all in cost probably running at around US 800 to 850 or a touch less depending on the volume of production.(refer Sept Qtrly report)
It is so unprofessional they can't even get the basic number right.
