In my experience, a takeover is more akin to a heist. Where a big fundie and their teams of analysts have realised the potential and then go about luring the executive team with big pay checks and promises, at underpriced evaluations. I have never experienced a fair outcome for shareholders.
I am sure my pessimism here is not shared by everyone, but I hope IMU stays the course to its incredible potential.
