fairness to shareholders, page-51

dont know if it makes a diff but i want my vote to count .
if ipo goes ahead fms has to part with some cash the only way ill be happy is if it went ahead with no free shares issued the shres fms will get and the free shares should be combined and owned by fms that way we all benifit not just the few .
i sugest ppl call fms and find out why they are getting free shares .i know none would be happy with the reason given
