Gina could buy all the way up to $3 if she wanted, that would really , if I was shorting LTR I would be very nervous as Gina can be unpredictable, she might just tell her brokers just buy up anything under $2.50
As for banning short selling on up and coming Critical mineral developers , south Korea already did it so you can't rule that out , government can do anything.
