Debatable if exercising now is the best investment strategy. One of many alternatives is to buy heads now, supporting the sp at the current deflated prices, and selling near term on any fundamental news that may eventuate from patent lodgements etc (assuming the company can maintain their revised schedule, which they haven't been very good at in the past).

RAC has spent two years putting personal interest above shareholder interest. Shareholders can now put personal interest ahead of the company's interest - which you could argue would still be net positive for RAC.

>25 million shares have traded the past 6 months. If every option holder sold heads to exercise tails you only need 1/3 that volume.
