When the 21 million starts running low and is also being shared with the biochip development, management will be enetering into IP licensing, tech sharing and maybe actively looking for a partner. A CR even if sp was $3 isn't going to be enough. This is very expensive tech development. Needs a serious injection.

also agree that we need to start spending more, ramping up next year. If they crank out some milestones that show high quality qubits, it's the main ingredient the industry needs and will attract interest. I delved a bit into the quantum computing world and they do seem to be well aware of what's happening in these labs staffed with phds and share some basic goals. Not saying more can't be done to make governments and industries aware though. I think IBM for a start knows where the 12CQ is at and where it's going. Mo refers to them as colleagues. Let's hope that counts for a lot.
