I am also unaware of any previous projects in Oman.
Regarding Pakistan, LYL had (have?) a contract with Barrik's Reqo Diq project. It's mentioned on p.7 of LYL's FY23 annual report. The contract (AU$55 million) seems to have been finalized around May this year.
