Vietnamese were boat people --------- I suggest they have passed muster remarkably.

I see African blokes who jump in tiny dinghies and head off across the English channel - in conditions that old boaties in air conditioned cruisers would stay home - and this is after these guys have lived under bridges and eaten whatever they can find or pinch -------
personally - if it were me ------------- I'd want these kinds of people in my country - magnificent physical specimens
bring them in with a welcome - and make it YOUR job to teach them the ways of the new country, the culture and draw them into your culture

they look a hell of a lot better than the fat, unfit, gutless, idea free and inbred ones that I see hanging around footie clubs looking for a fight

it's no surprise why the Roman Empire prospered for so long over such a vast area - because it included these people - it said, yes - you have to be Roman - but, we'll adapt in some of your beliefs and practices

what do we do today? ------------ we say - let's keep Britain British --------- and the other mob have to get used to it
so - no mystery why the old country is dying ----------- we should all learn from the Romans ---------- and yes - it didn't last forever - but, it was hugely multicultural - and it went for 1000 years.
