How should an ASX listed company be run then?
To have 1:1s with shareholders is common practice across all ASX listed companies. From the largest to the smallest.
With the largest ASX companies though access is tightly controlled so 1:1s limited to only the very largest shareholders.
To imply the is something wrong with BRK management doing this is somewhat disingenuous. It is good to see management actually making an effort to meet up. Many small cap companies wouldn’t bother.
