juddn & Macleod, you're both right as shareholders need more information and certainty upon which to base their decision in the coming vote.
Perhaps, we need an Independent Expert Report on the proposal. I'm wondering whether ADY will obtain one given the importance of the sale of VIC. We also need to discuss what questions need to be asked.
I'm only a small holder and my vote will barely count.
