What part of AVZ has a controlling interest and/or is operator of the mine don't you understand??

With AVZ there, yes the people of the DRC will benefit. With AVZ still there, Wetsern investors may not be frightened from investing in the DRC.

If Zijin/Cominiere are successful then, I see, the only pockets that will be getting rich are their's and no-one else. Refer to who benefits in artisanal mining practices in cobalt, and who controls/owns those deposits. Full stop.

A deal needs to be done to get the project going because right now Manono's place in the development queue is slipping. As long as AVZ has majority control (regardless of what the % is) and/or is operator then that can provide the benefits. AVZ is governed by Australian law as well, and its mining plan will IMO be ESG based, and project benefits will be spread widely IMO.
