So Jamie was in Thailand recently, does anyone know the minimum settlement agreement compensation figure he is battling for on our behalf ?
minimum:
illegal closure from 31/12/2016 until re-opening licences only granted in January 2022 is exactly 6 years at minimum lost revenue @ $100,000,000 a year is $600,000,000
minimum is also re-opening refurbishment costs as at today is in excess of $54,000,000 placement gone and 30,000 ounces of stockpile gold gone for an approximate +$120,000,000 reopening cost.
so can anyone confirm Jamie is fighting tooth and nail for our $720,000,000 minimum figure for shareholders ? Or something close ?
lets add 7.5% interest a year because all free trade agreement awards always add +7.5% interest a year X 6 years...
so will our Mgmt never ever take another smiling selfie until our minimum has been achieved ?
there are no excuses for another extension as the new government has been established for over 5 months and our Mgmt has been seen enjoying free conference day's / weeks / months and hand clapping AGM where everyone was feeling relaxed, so have they got everything settled ?
shareholders can only relax once this owed $720,000,000 plus 7.5% interest has been deposited into our bank like our Mgmt's bank balance when they deposited $500,000 cold hard cash earlier this year.
its a big figure, but considering we all faced death in 2016 and endured total annihilation, it's a minimum we can expect ..
so exciting 2024 will be to get this settlement agreement done this weekend before expiry and maybe Lovegod, gymjunky & doncamillo will use a little to pay our own flights to Chatree and get a selfie at the glass window of the Gold pour room !
maybe little Miss cherry mascot will step aside for five minutes and let us have an uninterrupted view !
2024 here we come grasshoppers......
why not ? Why am I dreaming you say ? It's clearly a minimum to expect ?..... Anything else is obviously clearly unacceptable to long-term shareholders that experienced -90% shareprice destruction, that I'm sure ....
