You need to look up the dictionary definition of grade. It's not the myopic definition you're applying to it.
Studies of the euxenite crystals have shown niobium to be paramount at 36.60%,weight, tantalum 15.70% and yttrium at 12%.
That is a form of "grade" or "grading" of the euxenite crystals.
