To the contrary, there is zero evidence of BVF losing faith. They retain the same number of shares held prior to the notice.
It is merely a notice to state that their % of shares relative to shares on issue has diminished solely due to the issuance of shares by the company to other shareholders.
That is is why it is not a price sensitive announcement.
